3. USE - How Your Data May Be Used

Personal data relating to you held by finexis will be kept confidential but, subject to any applicable law, such data may be provided to the following parties for the purpose set out in this Statement ( for our policy on sharing of your personal data for promotional and marketing purposes, please see the section entitled “Use of Personal Data for Direct Marketing Purposes”):

5. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We will keep your personal data for a reasonable time to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected or comply with the relevant rules, regulations and laws of Hong Kong. Personal data which is no longer required will be destroyed.
